Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, Ostroski Plumbing and Heating is a fully licensed, bonded, and insured business.

Will I receive any type of warranty on my repairs?

We’re happy to provide a one-year warranty on all of our work in addition to manufacturers’ warranties.

Are free consultations and budgeting available?

You’ll receive a free consultation from us, and we’ll give you an initial budget range. Free phone consultations are available for small jobs. On large remodel projects, we are available to sit down and discuss your project with you.

How long are your consultations?

Consultation times vary on the situation at hand, but typically they last about one to two hours for large jobs. We want to fully discuss your plumbing or heating project with you and answer any questions you may have when planning a large remodel or new construction project. All small jobs can be quoted over the phone or when we arrive.
